No one will answer this question because there is no evidence to say you should wear a mask after you have been vaccinated.

It’s like when they lied about needing masks originally. They know if they say you don’t need a mask after you have been vaccinated that everyone will immediately stop wearing masks.

Once they feel like enough people are vaccinated they will come out and say oh by the way if you are vaccinated you don’t need a mask. Oops sorry.

The only time I wear a mask is when I need to get something after I’ve taken my teeth out for night

When customers come into my business and see no one wearing them, most of them pull theirs down. The elderly generally keep theirs on.

I go back and forth from Lake Charles to Mont Belview to see my son. I pull into several liquor stores checking with contacts for allocated bottles along the way. I never wear a mask and I’m never asked. I’m pretty sure Bourbon was/is the cure for COVID

There's always that one guy without the mask. Publicly we all are supposed to look at him with and shame. Privately we are all jealous of his maskless choice.

their messaging around the vaccine has been terrible so far

telling people that they still need to wear a mask, socially distance, and quarantine if exposed even after being vaccinated is not a great way to instill confidence in the vaccine with the average person

If I didn't go to church and my wife did our shopping I could go without wearing a mask for weeks.

There are places in Vermilion parish where a mask is not in sight (even workers).
