People who send emails in all caps

Drives me nuts. It seems like these people either yell a lot or simply don't know that caps lock exists. Most of the time these emails are a mess grammatically.
For example, this morning (I work in transportation logistics):
HEY VOLSOUT4HARAMBE THE TRUCK ON THIS LOAD DIDNT SHOW CAN YOU PLEASE GET AN UPDATE FROM THE CARRIER THANK YOU
Is this a Boomer thing? Always seems to be the folks over the age of 60 or so.

I guess a college degree isn’t needed at your place of employment?

No, they are probably working in oracle all day and use CAPS.

Had a girl at work do this and i knew she was actually pissed but i down played it.
She eventually came to me and didn’t understand why i didn’t take her all caps serious.
I said oh, that’s what that means? I thought you just had cap locks on?
She got all huffy puffy and i said well, stop being all passive aggressive and just come to me and actually be pissed off. She said not everyone likes confrontation or being overly forward.
I said, well i know I’m an arse hole and you know i won’t talk behind your back or sit and stay pissed about nothing, I’m gonna come say something and it usually ends up better between me and that person in the end.

You are what's wrong with society, you millennial snowflake.
Capital letter only mean yelling to douchebag hipsters.
You ever see a set of construction plans or design drawings? You ever use an old Apple II. Program in FORTRAN or BASIC.
Nothing wrong with caps, bro. BoomerUp a-hole.

Some of the worst spelling and grammar will be from college graduates. Including those with advanced degrees.
Go read Michelle Obama's master's thesis. It appears to be written in an unknown language.
The thesis

That's an undergraduate thesis, not a master's thesis. There is statistical jargon in there, and social science jargon, but it's not an embarrassing effort in any respect.
I like Trump much better than either Obama, but Obama was not treated fairly by his opposition and all that did was lay the groundwork for the way Trump is being treated.
8 years of that crap was hard to take. 16 will be worse.

Don't try and church it up, son. This country needs Grubhub drivers too and we value your contributions.

Page 1:
"A thesis presented in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Bachelor of Arts"
Most people associate "thesis" with "master's degree." There is such thing as an undergraduate thesis, though. I can't speak for Princeton, but I had to write an undergraduate thesis to get a diploma that said "Summa Cum Laude" versus simply "With Honors."
