How do they still not know you can’t get some items with food cards? Had a lady try to buy bacon, honey buns, and Miller high life with the card. Wtf

Because a lot of businesses break the law and serve prepared food to people with food stamps.

University Seafood on Highland road in Baton Rouge is an example. They serve boiled seafood all day long to hood rats on your dime.

The place would be shut down if anyone in BR had balls.

To be fair, Miller High Life should be allowed.

Prolly somebody who bought the card for a fraction of its worth so the seller could get some drugs.

I heard a radio program where they said the No. 1 predictor of whether you end up on public assistance is lack of a high school diploma. Not speaking English is less of a handicap.

So junk food and water, I think that’s allowed.

Why is it bad to be vigilant with your tax money?

I'll stop worrying about what people can buy on food stamps when my tax dollars stop going to fund food stamps.

Most of the stores in the hood survive off food stamp fraud. Nobody will do anything, though, because they’re all scared of being called racist.
