THIS! Stopped to get gas on the way home from Biloxi this past weekend. Shitty little gas station in BFE, Alabama. As I'm pumping my gas, a piece of crap car, held together with bailing wire, and duct tape was blasting rap (at least I think it was. The system was shite and everything was distorted). Meanwhile, a young little white guy comes pulling thru, looking for an empty pump in his '85 multi-colored Silverado, with a "Redneck" sticker scrawled across his windshield. Of course, he was blasting that new, shitty country crap. We are living out the movie "Idiocracy".

yep....I have a teen...who likes some of it...
we've had several and I mean several discussions about it...
"some of that rap is pure trash, it has hold no value for you mind to be absorbing"
for a lot of young people, they don't pay attention to the words, they just like the beat...
my son loves the NBA as well.... when I grew up, I played a lot of ball and enjoyed the NBA...
today, not so much
