I know rednecks who are like this. They laugh at the passion and emotion from pulling for a team, yet they themselves will get passionate about their hunting lease and setting up feeders with cameras, etc. They'll spend every single weekend of the year fixing up their camp, yet will laugh at you for going to games once a week in the fall.

Fake news,

As you age your body naturally stops producing hormones. Men experience low T and women experience menopause. These things attribute to a slow metabolism. Not only is this true but it’s science. Now if this is the case and it is, wouldn’t you think your other organs could not work as efficiently as it once did? This also causes slow metabolism. Diet and exercise isn’t the only factors here.

Don’t bother, Bella. He just likes to be angry and try to belittle others. It just makes him look bad, but it’s his schtick. Let him do his thing.

Science shows your metabolism slows down <5% by the time you are in your 40s, but ok

I'm almost 41. It definitely seems easier to gain 10 lbs now but I don't have a terrible time losing it either. I'm probably not as physically active as I was when I was 27.

As long as my pants still fit I'm good.

But it’s not only natural your metabolism slows down it’s also the fact organs/hormones start not work as efficient as they use to and contributing even more to your natural decrease.

You're incorrect and the studies will tell you that if you actually took the time to look at them instead of just spouting off bullshite

Ok Dr Spock

Fall Guy, it’s common sense that as you age your body declines in health hence why we die. Organs that contribute to the production of hormones and insulin stop working as effectively as they once did. This is what contributes to decreased metabolism as well as other diseases sometimes associated with aging. Diet and exercise is not a foolproof plan for longevity.

Oh jeez...whatever helps I guess.

I’ve worked out my whole life and I can tell you that it’s harder to maintain my weight as I age.

Sports are great for children.

Poor adults spending 30% of their weekly take home pay?

Not smart.

Corporate America , 9-5ers working 40 hours, m-f and spending about 10 hours of their precious weekend sitting on the couch.

Not smart.

Short of calling it "sportsball", I know some people like this. I've worked with a few people that just don't watch sports. And I've seen those stupid facebook posts on Super Bowl Sunday before. I've never taken it as they actually didn't know that it was Super Bowl Sunday, but more of a "Hey, look at me, I don't watch football" kind of deal.
