I love you as a poster, but you're wrong on this one. It isn't the "material" used that leaves the defects in the car; it is effectively using a "dirty brush" that leaves the defects.

I drive through with my dirty arse truck right before you do...the particles of dirt aren't rinsed off the brushes (or whatever the frick you want to call all those things)...the widgets drag those particles across your paint.

Don't you even 2 bucket method, baw?

In North la, rocket wash has a $6 wash. It was $5, but those frickers had went up the last time I was in central East Texas.

Black Lexus owner here and I can attest to this. My paint is fricked up. Wish I got the ceramic coat applied new.

I'm like you for about a year every time I buy I new a vehicle. Then I stop caring. But also, I never cared what other people did with their cars.
