People who dont put shopping carts in the corrals

WTF is it with these people?
I was at Wal-Mart and I saw this large black lady just push the shopping cart away from her car and drive off, she was lucky it didnt hit anything. I dont get it, are they that lazy where they cant walk 10 yards to put it away?

Our society has de-emphasized personal accountability, self respect and social contracts while simultaneously encouraging ego-centric, self inflating thought without merit.
It has led people who need to shop at Wal Mart to believe that even though they need to save 5 bucks on that load of groceries, they are still too important to be bothered with returning the cart to the proper place.

Its not common here but ive been to the urban areas of the northeast and thats all those people do, no one puts them in corrals there. I never understood it.
