People who complain about work on social media.

More specifically Facebook and the like, less so on something like tigerdroppings which is mostly anonymous.
What the hell are they thinking? Especially when you specifically mention the company you work for, or have it listed in your info. Do you want to keep your job?

It's almost as bad as people who complain on Tigerdroppings about what people do on Facebook

The worst is when people come on tigerdroppings and complain when fellow tigerdroppings users complain about something

we fired a few folks for this a few years back...the shite pretty much stopped after that.

I had an employee complain on Facebook about his job and our company and said another company had offered him $2 more an hour. I guess he forgot he had friended me. I fired him the next day and told him I hoped the grass was as green as he thought it would be.
He was calling back four weeks later for his job. I said no an told him he should have thought about that before he put me on blast.

They don't think about the consequences of their actions or exactly how doing so could come back and haunt them. Also, they don't realize complaining on FB is a lot different than being with friends who are all sharing their complaints about their job. They assume its something everyone does.
Have you ever done this?
I deleted my FB about 8 years ago, but when I did have it I never posted anything personal at all. 99% of the things I posted about was sports.
