I would bring it up to the tenets in a way that makes it sound like you are looking out for them. Something like:
"Hey, are y'all having any problems with SAHM? No, why? Well she's made comments about y'all parking in front of her house. I don't care if y'all do, I just want to make sure she isn't giving you any problems."

inventing "driveways" that don't exist.
Ahh yes that's always one of my favorites come Mardi Gras where people block off the public street with trash cans and caution tape. If I had a shitty car I would barrel right through those things and park my car there.

It sucks, you learn to live with it.
People taking up two spots parallel parking in front pisses me off more than anything.

She has a driveway to the left of her house but refuses to use it because the street is closer to her door.
This one is easy. Be super nice and ask her if you can use her driveway on the weekends when you are visiting your lady. Be sure to bring her paper to the door with you when you ask.

I would let them know that the neighbors are complaining just because they can, and in this case likely will, have the cars towed if they're ever in a spot longer than 24 hours. Clearly these people have nothing to do with their time but find things to complain about. I would also tell the neighbor ladies that your tenants aren't doing anything illegal by parking on public property.

I get annoyed by people who put sawhorse on the street in front of their house or rope off areas. It requires me to get out of my car and move them before I can park.

Meh - heaven forbid someone needs to grocery shop or something and doesn't want to lug stuff back 18 blocks. Respecting the neighborhood during special events is about as basic a courtesy as there is in my book.

Spot savers are blocking spots from their neighbors as well and are entitled asshats. I like to go up and down the street and put all the trash cans back on the sidewalks during jazzfest. The chaos later is hilarious.

My advice is don't go grocery shopping during a giant parade attended by a million people

Beer and firearms should help.
Or go hit a bowl and turn on Steppenwolf.

It is hard to find good tenants and not a landlord issue.
It is an old bitty that thinks she owns the whole street issue not a tenant issue.
If it is legal for your tenants to park on the street then it is not something I get into.
I would tell her at this time my tenants are not doing anything illegal, not harming anyone, and trashing up the area. If you harass my tenants then I will take legal action against you.

I have seen this mentioned. Does the car have to be moved every 24 hours? I have never heard this before.
