I'm glad you can project my maturity through limited posts on an annonymous message board. You are a character assessment wizard.
Well it's pretty goddamned obvious you see things in one dimension.

People with no degree going to school for the first time in their 40s or 50s? I'd venture to say most in that demographic are not.
Absolutely. GI bill, work, unions and even insurance cover a hell of a lot of older people's tuition. Most aren't taking out 40K in loans.

Please elaborate on the dimension I see through. I'm trying to improve as a keyboard warrior. Thanks in advance.

It usually comes with experience. You'll figure it out, hopefully.

You don't know anything about me. You don't know my age or experiences so how can you tell me I have none. I don't give a shite, but you're coming off as a retarded projecting all of these character insults because I said there is financial questions behind going back to college at 45. The best part is you don't even realize that you're doing it

Better toughen up, this message board is pretty tame compared to most when it comes to brutal beat downs of posters.

What are you doing? Unless you're going back to school for an engineering or accounting degree, what the hell are you doing with your life? Did you ever think maybe it's time to stop with these dreams of higher learning, and instead learn an actual skill that can get you money?
What if I just want to learn about say, western civ history?

Btw Pecker, on the OP, my company will be paying me for my masters in Telecommunications or Software Engineering. I’m 31, 32 in two months. Your premise seems pretty dumb coming from someone I consider intelligent.
I mean we can argue the opportunity costs of going back to school, but it’s pretty looney to think that I would tell my boss I’m too old to go back to school because I’m scared of what all the young people think of me. Plus I still consider myself young lol.

Older people usually have at least part of their education paid for. My wife went back, was on the hook for half of it, paid the rest she went and it's paid off well for her.
The benefits of a college education can be far beyond financial matters. Self esteem, work more in line with interests.... enjoyment of knowledge etc. Value >. Cost.

They also sit in the front and have a little story or comment every damn time to tell the professor.
This is 100% accurate
Those frickers always made class longer than it needed to be.
