Going to sound racist somehow, but they're all from Puerto Rico. I've talked to them a couple of times, mostly because they're constantly in their garage. Which is fine, they're allowed to be in whatever part of the house they want.
I just moved in a month ago. Meeting the neighbor across the street who has been here for 5 years was telling though. She was talking about the neighborhood and her 6 year old son loudly exclaims, "the people across the street are weird!". It was hilarious

I live in Orlando. Half of the city is Puerto Rican or Cuban. Still not a trailer park though.

Just man up and call the cops. They'll scatter when the fuzz shows up. The cops will run names for warrants and deportation.
