People are still shooting fireworks

I’m in Shreveport. It’s either fireworks or gunshots. Toss up at this point.

We just shot some roman candles.

Me and the 4 year old have been sick. Ans he was scared shitless of the neighbors big stuff last night.

They dont really make any more noise than a dog barking.


Oh we did a couple sparklers, the big stuff will wait for july 4.

I was sitting outside my 16 month old daughter's room last night at midnight just waiting for the meltdown. It sounded like bombs over Baghdad here, and she didn't make a peep. I was shocked.

I'm in Denham Springs. They'll be shooting fireworks until Mardi Gras.

Quite in Bucktown..which strange. Yesterday it was late afternoon to about 1am. The guy right behind my house does his best impression of Disney World. He really starts it up about a little after midnight. He waits till a lot of other people have shot most of their stuff and he brings out the big stuff. It is a constant 20 minutes+ of sky flowers and huge explosions.
