The smartphone isn't implanted under my skin and can be left behind. HUGE difference.

All the other ones around you are still getting your info though Not to mention all the cameras and other devices.
So, if I am getting your stance right, because technology exists all around me already, it is completely unreasonable to oppose implanting a chip into my body.

We clearly won’t see eye to eye on this topic.

I probably wouldn't, no

In Scruffy’s opinion, the risks far outweigh the benefits here.

Scruffy, the doctor, considers the benefits of early detection for viruses and diseases, to be far lower than the risks of some tracking mechanism or something?

having a chip that can accurately detect viruses when they enter your body is kinda awesome if you try not to go all conspiracy theory about it

Telling conspiracy theorists to relax usually causes them more anxiety.

IF you're going with the conspiracy theory on these chips, I just assumed that you are all in on the conspiracy theories with the rest of technology. Never said you should or shouldn't be ok with this.

The DARPA segment on 60 Minutes was interesting. I'm sure it's up on CBS. Not sure I fully trust the little chip in his vial but the rest of the segment was very good re: virus research.

Yes.

I do not develop my opinions/stances based on a singular viewpoint.

It would be poor form to view everything through the lens of medicine and medicine only.

has anyone taken the time to research how these vaccines attach themselves to our DNA profile? basically creating a "usb" port into our DNA. I don't think its a coincidence that the Pentagon is coming out with this chip
