If conservationists are so concerned, why not just get one of those planes that they use to put wild fires out, fill it with fish, and dump it near the penguins, problem solved

I'm not trying to debate or prove global warming/climate change, but the amount of sea ice and glacial melt near the Arctic greatly outpaces the amount of ice gain in the Antarctic. The total area for global sea ice has been declining and reached an all-time low this past January/February, which is the time of year that it is lowest annually. I thought this was a pretty interesting graphic to represent this fact:
Since the late 1970s, the Arctic has lost an average of 20,800 square miles (53,900 square kilometers) of ice a year; the Antarctic has gained an average of 7,300 square miles (18,900 sq km) [1].
Again, I'm not here to debate climate change, but just thought some posters would be interested. At the end of the day, global climate is incredibly complicated, and from what I've read, scientists can't explain why the Arctic continues to decline while the Antarctic trends upward.
