This is a couple of idiots that need to take court appointed courses in gun safety if they want to get their licenses back.
What license do you want to strip them of until they comply to your suggested overreach of their constitutional rights?

Lol at you dumb fricks thinking this is home defense. They at no point were under any type of attack.
If this street is private - which it would be under Louisiana law - then the home defense argument is a red herring. Once the mob bypassed the gate, they were trespassing.

2a gives no freedom to pointing guns at people.

This isn’t a Second Amendment issue. It’s a defense of property issue.

To add to what I said earlier you can see their dinner area behind them where they were initially eating in peace until they started getting harrassed

Damn, you're late. Spleen and Lester beat you to it.
They were wrong, too. If it makes you feel better.

St Louis police are investigating the incident on Portland Place as a case of trespassing and fourth-degree assault by intimidation by the demonstrators

Hey, they just broke that gate down because they wanted to people in the neighborhood to empathize and understand the dangers of white fragility

GODDAMNIT! This picture is the best shot we've had so far to find out if his rifle goes PEW or PEWPEWPEWPEWPEWPEWPEWPEWPEWPEWPEWPEWPEWPEWPEWPEWPEWPEWPEWPEWPEWPEWPEWPEWPEWPEWPEWPEWPEWPEW and he's got his finger over the selector.

from the article.. this is the soros DA...
quote:
St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kimberly M. Gardner appeared to take a different view, releasing a statement Monday that said she's "alarmed at the events that occurred over the weekend where peaceful protestors (sic) were met by guns and a violent assault."
Gardner said her office is investigating.
"We must protect the right to peacefully protest, and any attempt to chill it through intimidation or threat of deadly force will not be tolerated," Gardner said. "Make no mistake: we will not tolerate the use of force against those exercising their First Amendment rights, and will use the full power of Missouri law to hold people accountable."

I'm convinced that DA's of all mid to large American cities need to be disbarred

These people are Marxist. The race thing is just the spark to get dumbasses to follow along. They don't believe in private property. This is why these people are dangerous.

Has the OT just forgotten about Kyle Dennis, the racist kid diddler who wanted the mob to destroy these people?

Yeah.....ummmmm....aaaah those two homeowners were acting legally as it pertains to Missouri Law.....the ummmm whole castle doctrine thing!!!!
Since the two attorneys were acting lawfully, the Missouri bar would have no opinion.....at least in saner times this would happen
