Probably when they saw your ilk on TV burning down businesses and killing people?

Anyone can see that the fact these two reacted with a show of force is a direct result of the violence erupting all across the country. Meanwhile, the left wants to feign outrage and act surprised

And don't forget: DEFUND THE POLICE for the sole purpose of terrorizing you without anyone to call for protection.

That's even worse than the little gate next to it.

If that gate doesn't get upgraded like this soon enough, then the rich neighborhood is just asking for their shite to be jacked.

I am sure they will be getting new gates soon.

Well they have to on this one because the peaceful protestors used the full force of their peacefulness on it to pry it open

When Doug Moreau was EBR Parish District Attorney, he came to our office to talk with our employees about what was legal regarding protecting ourselves against intruders.

During the Q&A period after his talk one employee used the example of what was legal if he looked out his window in the middle of the night and saw there was an intruder standing in his yard next to his house looking around. Specifically, he asked if the law allowed him to shoot the intruder in that situation.

Moreau said that if the intruder was just looking around and didn't appear to be an imminent threat, the homeowner would be taking a chance of being charged with murder if he shot the intruder.

Then he said, "So, what I would do is shoot the intruder, go out and drag him into my house and then call 911 to report a break in."

It's not complicated at all:

Okay? He said to me it is "likely complicated." He also said he had no knowledge of this particular neighborhood and left it open that this particular neighborhood was indeed private. So I will let him know you set him straight.

All the "fire department permissions" and what not bullshite that your imaginary friend told you applies goes out the window if it's dealing with private property rights-

Uh, yeah and he said that. Not sure why you're so upset over what he told me regarding his experience in these type cases. He made no opinion on this particular instance because he had little knowledge of it. We were talking about how private streets/neighborhoods are determined to actually be private streets/neighborhoods, and he gave a few tests he's seen used in cases, and rulings he has seen.

That gate appears to be opened "peacefully".

nah.

they're going to have private security out the arse very soon, if not already, and I'm not talking about minimum wage rent-a-cops.

The people in that neighborhood didn't get so rich by being stupid. Even if the rest of the neighbors are pissed at the guy in question, they'll probably realize that the mob is likely to return and there won't be any reasoning with them. I bet they pool some resources and hire a contingent of security contractors until this nonsense dies down.

I think it’s a pretty awesome display of our 2nd Amendment.

If Lester, Spleen, and their ilk were walking through my neighborhood running their mouths, I’d be on my front porch sipping on a glass of ice tea with a firearm on my lap as well. And best believe my old lady is much more comfortable with our tactical 12 gauge than Karen pictured here.

So destruction of property along with the trespassing.

Also, and I haven't seen it mentioned here, some of the rioters were allegedly armed.

After that, I wouldn't give a shite about it being artsy and decorative enough. Wouldn't care if it's ugly.

I would expand the gate and make it more taller and I'd look for the biggest and most toughest monster of a gate and stick it right there and tell the "protesters" to frick off.

If the gate looks like it belongs at a Federal supermax prison, so be it.

A 1-year-old was shot in Chicago this weekend yet people using the 2A to defend their home are apparently the real threat.

Already happening.

They bring that crap to our street, I know for a fact that we have at least 3 AR-15's, 2 AK-47's, 7mag, several other deer rifles, over 30 shotguns, over a 100 pistols and a years worth of ammo.

We all go shooting together
