We had a very similar issue, our home is around 120 years old this year. Broken neutral at the pole, extremely dangerous. Power company came out at 2 AM to fix it.

Same here. Call the power company and tell them you have partial power. Show them the video. The power company had to replace some wires at the transformer to fix my problem.
Losing the neutral can cause a fire or damage the electrical components in your HVAC, TV, Appliances, etc

I am an avid believer in the paranormal but this is led light issues. I have problems at work with them. That being said, her some safe and smudge your house. It does not hurt

Or do the intelligent thing and call a licensed electrician. Power company ain't gonna be happy if the issue is on his side of the meter. Probably will charge him more than the electrician.
