Paranormal, or just faulty wiring?

A little backstory:
I live in a house built in 1937. We moved in back in '96, so we've been there awhile and are aware of its quirks and anomalies. Hired out most of the home improvements over the years, but did some of the simpler stuff myself, which included installing a new light fixture in the main bathroom about 10 years or so ago. Installed new LED bulbs about 3 or 4 years back, and have had no issues with them - until last Saturday night.
Sometime after midnight I was just heading to bed when I went to brush my teeth. Flipped the lights on, put toothpaste on my toothbrush and was just starting to brush when something...strange happened. It went on for about 20 seconds or so until I set down my toothbrush and picked up my phone and started recording. I put the results in gif format for your convenience:
Bear in mind: 10-year old light fixture with 3+ year old LED bulbs that have never given me any problems before or since, all wired in with a single connection to a standard AC light switch. Oh, and about 8 years ago I had hired a professional electrician to give the place the once over to make sure we didn't have any lurking wiring issues.
After showing this video to my wife, she said "you should post this on TigerDroppings and see what they think".
What say you, OT?

I can’t explain that.
I have had LED bulbs be very fickle with dimmers even if they are rated for dimming use.
I wonder if there was a brown power or low voltage event n your service.

That’s what happens when the lights use their imagination to see what your wife looks like.

The way diodes work is they require the voltage to overcome the "barrier voltage" limit to work. For most normal diodes it's .7 volts DC if I remember right.
For LED's I would imagine it's close to the same but not sure. LED bulbs have to step down the voltage from the standard 120 V AC to some lower DC voltage the LED's can use.
It looks like this function in the bulb isn't working and a lower voltage is being sent to the individual LED's. This is why some are firing and some aren't. There isn't enough power to overcome the barrier voltage of all the LED's at once.
I'd change the bulb because that one is messed up. Sorry buddy, you aren't haunted.
OR.. you are haunted and I just made that up to make you feel better.
