Do you work out? I had the same issue. In my case I had cubital and carpal tunnel syndrome. I had to have surgery on both my wrist and my elbow to fix it. Now I’ve got scheduled surgery to fix my left arm. I got it from working out. In the elbow it’s likely a trapped ulnar nerve.

Symptoms were if I layer wrong my arms would go completely numb. Brushing teeth, etc. would make them go numb as well.

Set up an appointment with a neurologist and they can test the magnitude of your issues. Good luck.

Tennis elbow. Get hand bands and use them for 4 weeks and you’ll be fine

If you are having numbness on the entirety of you pinky finger and only half of your ring finger (most of the time) then yes, you are having some form of Ulnar Nerve entrapment. The ulnar nerve, traveling through the ulnar groove at your elbow (funny bone), can cause those symptoms at your hand and elbow. Being that you have pain at your elbow, I would expect something has changed recently to precipitate some type of inflammation at that spot. Your wrist flexors/pronators all (for the most part) originate there. Most likely, if this is a new issue, you have done something to aggravate that area due to over use. Those muscles connecting to that area are very active in gripping exercises/movements. If this is a new thing, then I suggest you rest. If it is not new and has been lasting for multiple months/years, then I suggest eccentric exercises.

ETA because it's Friday night/Early Saturday morning, Look up on YouTube Ulnar Nerve Mobilizations/Glides. These exercises can help free that nerve from any entrapment that you may be having.

If it goes away after you wake up then you must be impinging on a nerve while you sleep.

Doctors. Go to them. Help you they will.

Sounds like you have some degree of lateral epicondylitis and carpal tunnel.

Get a counterforce brace for your elbow and wear it a little lower than where it hurts.

Start with nighttime wrist splints for your carpal tunnel. Lots of good exercises online for both.

Probably inflamed from jerking off to violently. Take some anti inflammatory meds, and jerk of with the other hand.
