To answer OP’s question:

Seems like that too long ago, I was paying $11 for the frozen wild blueberries at Costco. They’re $17 now.

We used to buy queso fresco, but went from $5ish to $9.

Organic milk is now $7. (My wife insists it be organic)

Tell her organic just means they leave the barn door open.

I mainly drink water and tea during the day. I like a little juice in the morning. Will have an occasional coke or dr. Pepper. However, We do buy these for the house and kids etc. If you just wait until you see a bogo or whatever is on special that weeks at Publix prices work out fine.

Soft drinks have gone up in price.. I was getting 2 liter cokes for 2 for $3.. Now it's 2 for $4..
I went to lunch yesterday at Bear's po-boys. I got the large RB and iced tea, freakin $19 and change it was $24 with tip.. I checked the online menu and it doesn't reflect that "NEW" price..

Yeah kroger was running a deal on if you bought 4 you'd get them for $3 a piece.

I went ahead and stocked up my office fridge and moved the beers to the garage fridge

You have to shop around for coke products.

I buy then for 3 for $12 still.

Some - like this industry - beverage, are unquestionably taking advantage of this run of inflation. Others, don't and won't as they are operated with a different set of core beliefs.

Don't need nor want soda as there are many other ways to flavor water and odds are good one's health improves

or others had higher margins to begin with and are able to absorb more of the extra cost before increasing pricing.

I just looked and a case of Sam's diet cola is about half the price of a case of Diet Coke.

Margins?

Odd thing is at Win Dixie and Rouses is cheaper to buy cokes or of the machine in the front for 50c each. When over $6 a 12 pack you're paying more.

Walmart prices for Coca-Cola in Louisiana
24 pack of coke is $12.30
12 pack is $6.98.
2 liter is $2.48

All of those prices are way higher than they were a year ago.
