Any fever?
No fever.
But last week had some bad migraine headaches before any symptoms.

Summer allergies. Had the same thing two weeks ago. Go to doc get some amoxicillin prescribed. Was good to go in two days after the meds.
Antibiotics for allergies, You essentially got placedbo’d.
You should’ve gotten Claritin or something that helps with allergies. Antibiotics don’t work on seasonal allergies

There are a zillion non-Covid viruses running rampant right now...the return to normal human interaction is like a flipper stirring up the sediment on the bottom and out immune systems are las weak as beta gaming nerds who are motionless 23 hours of every day. Get some sun and take zone vitamins and you’ll beat it

I have had similar illness that turned out to be a sinus infection. Drink a shite load of water, take a combination of antihistamine and decongestant and also try to take hot showers or baths. I was too scared to go to the doctor when I had the shite, but I could have saved myself a lot of misery if I had gone.

I’ve been experiencing sorta similar things. I think it’s some sorta allergy... but been seeing more chemtrails than usual. Haha

Ask your nurse practitioner for the correct diagnosis at the local urgent care. They'll then give you a Z-pack and Celestone to make it 350% better.

Sinus issues are widespread right now. Take your sinus med before going to sleep so the drainage will not make your throat sore.

It’s allergies. Half of my house has it and if it were a cold, the whole house would have it. Others I know have been struggling too. One went to the doctor and he confirmed allergies. Could turn into other infections though.

Got the same shite Wednesday/Thursday night that woke me up with nasal drip. Then runny nose all day Thursday and Thursday night. Took some Dayquil and some Emergen C and Alka Seltzer cold formula and no longer have the snots but still coughing up nothing with a little congestion.

Going through the same thing as OP, but these headaches are some of the worst I can remember in my life.

Allergies or summer cold. I’ve had both in the last two months. Almost ended up with bronchitis with the upper respiratory infection. Tested negative for COVID, flu, and strep.

The only thing that has worked is Zyrtec, but it wears off before 24 hours and makes me sleepy, so I have been taking it at night. I am also taking a decongestant with DayQuil.
What has really got me down is the sinus pressure. I feel like my nose and ears are stuffed up.
Tomorrow, I may go to my local walk-in clinic instead of the quacks at the urgent care that I went to earlier.
