Anybody do the P90X3 Mass Schedule? I think after I finish Classic I'm going to do Mass.

I'll have 2-3 eggs, two pieces of turkey bacon, one or two pieces of toast.

Or, quinoa with fruit and nuts.

And, of course, coffee (black)..

i eat 1 or 2 slices of 100% whole grain toast, with peanut butter. sometimes i'll do 1 slice w/ PB and either an apple or banana

they are all salt free seasonings. i like the lemon pepper, sw chipotle and tomato basil the best. also tried her taco seasoning last weekend. was fantastic. tasted like any other taco seasoning i've ever used but with 0mg sodium

Folgers. Coffee has very little in it. I think one cup is like 9-17 calories.

I started out on Mass then switched to Classic because I didn't want to lose my abs. It might do mass after I'm done for real.

Peanut butter is very calorie-dense. One spoonful is like 190 calories. It has great fats and protein, though.

my mom makes this as a sub for dirty rice. shite is good

Wild Blend Saute

Cooking Instructions

1 c. Lundberg Wild Blend
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 small red onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. butter or olive oil
3 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
Prepare rice per instructions above. In a separate pan, saute vegetables and garlic in the butter or olive oil over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes. Add teriyaki and simmer until liquid is absorbed. Stir in the rice and serve. Serves 4 to 6.

If I do Mass I'm not going to inhale calories like it wants. Maybe some more lean protein, but that's about it.
