Yeah, just be careful about your portions. People look at labels and skip over the serving size. They don't know that 2-3 spoons of peanut butter is A LOT of calories.

Right..I've finally managed to wean myself off of soda, so that's one major hurdle out of the way.

Just trying to get clean with rest of foods

Should I use regular old Jif or try to find an organic version?

i use organic to avoid the trans fats

i like the 100% natural stuff, but the solid and oils separate while shipping and it's a bitch to mix back

organics and all-natural are different. all natural is 100% peanuts. that's the type that separates

oragnics will have some sea salt, can sugar, etc in it. they don't separate

Use Jiff Natural. No added sugar and less sodium.

I have that today. Last one of the 90 days.

I figure I should finish strong. Should I try to keep up with Sean? 40/18?

I'm hoping I can do 10+ pull-ups without the assistance when I'm done. I can do 3-4 at the moment without.

Not sure I could do the challenge in the am while the family sleeps lol.

Didn't feel like cooking, so made a shakeology dinner.

frozen berries, a cup of non-fat greek yogurt, water, and tropical strawberry shakeology. Delicious.

Cut that with a PB&J and a pre-workout drink. The challenge starts after this digests.

I just ate a medium burger with bacon, brisket, grilled onions, lettuce, and crumbled blue cheese

I was in heaven!

Ted's in the yoga. And he always wins.

I'm competing against Sean. Same guy from V-sculpt.
