Does anybody take the Activit vitamins? When do you take them? Do you recommend anything else besides the Activit or to go along with them?
What meal replacement shakes is everybody taking? I'm on GNC Lean 25.

No. No I would say you should not lose any weight.

No I take a multivitamin and fish oil.

Been drinking MetRx. It's been good, but I'm about to run out. A lot of people on here drink Shakeology.

That would be the result of that little exercise for me.

I tried the GNC stuff. I found it was a little incomplete.
I've been drinking shakeology for years now and love it.

You are a far better athlete than me. Marathons make me want to throw up just thinking about them.

CNP Pro MR has a lot of good micros.

It's got more protein than shakeology, but not as complete. Honestly looks just like a more complex whey protein.

Most Meal Replacements are just more complex whey proteins or protein blends. Shakeology just has a bunch of different crap in it. The micros between the two are pretty similar, with some being in higher concentration in one than the other.
The Shakeology nutrition facts just go into more detail about having stuff like maca root and flax seed.
Considering CNP Pro MR is less than half the price of Shakeology, it is a pretty damn complete MR. Plus, some people want more than 17g of protein in their MR, particularly those trying add muscle growth.
Is Shakeology better? Couldn't tell you. I haven't actually had either of them. But, and I hope you take no offense to this because I think you know your shite, it's tough to take a lot of Shakeology reviews seriously because the coaches have a vested interest in promoting it.
I just found CNP on bodybuilding.com and read the nutrition facts, which were fairly improssive for a $50 MR.

Save time and money and still get an effective work out. X3 sounds right to me. Thank you.
Best of luck to you. X3 does incorporate a lot of things from X2, and X3 gives you a lot more variation. It's a wonderful workout, and you save a lot if time. If you need anything, just pop in here anytime.

Ab interval was the first time I actually felt like I knew what I was doing. I managed to get through the whole thing without a break and even though some of the movements were a bit foreign to me I still was able to do them all fairly easily while still working the hell out of my abs.

Here's the video of that ab workout as requested by some here.
I've always enjoyed those dragonfly things, though I do them on a flat bench and lift my body such that only my shoulders are flat. shite is fun.

Lower focus is my favorite workout so far. I could do everything pretty well and thus felt like I got more out of it. All the workouts have kicked my arse though.

Hanging in there brother.
The workouts don't get easier. You just get better.
