Shaun T is gay? Mind blown.
I was just forced to cheat on my diet for the first time. I'm at a regional meeting at Lake Sardis and I was promised there would be grilled chicken. All we had was fried catfish/chicken so I had a few fillets because it's gonna be after 7 before I get home.
Eta: I also may or may not have had a brownie.

I just rode my bike for 20 miles. Enjoyed a small order of beef nachos after! Perfect carb to protein ratio!!
