Nah. Speed 1.0 is a bit of a break. Certainly will get a sweat going but nowhere near as hard as cardio. Speed 2.0 on the other hand...

Question: I haven't eaten supper yet and it's still too hot to go out and do my workout so should I eat now and wait a hour or so or should I workout first?

Workout first.
Better to workout a little bit hungry than try to workout on a full stomach.

Don't worry about it. Let it settle for a while and go at it. I tend to have a small snack beforehand. A banana or a yogurt or a handful of almonds and some water. Helps take the edge off.

Absolutely. They've made a believer out of me. I can't begin to tell you the transformation I've experienced. I'm not only so much stronger, but I'm more flexible and more explosive. I have no gut. 0. Unbelievable.

Never. I'm on Week 2 of Block 2 of X3 and on Week 2 of Beta on T-25. Speed 2.0 is no joke.
