So. Damn. Uncoordinated.
That workout wasn't nearly as tough from an endurance stand point but man I have no rhythm in my lower body. I have trouble even following what the modifier is doing.
I think part of my problem is watching the video as I'm doing it and trying to keep up with them.

Brother, I know what you mean. I felt the same way my first week, and that was after doing 2 rounds of P90X2!!! It takes getting used to. I felt pretty silly during Speed 2.0 today too.

Eta: I mean from the stand point of how goody I must look.

You'll feel ridiculous doing the moves, but I promise the results you will get will astonish you. Shaun T is a genius.

You get a little better at it. I think part of is that he goes so fast. It would probably be better to watch them ahead of time so you know what to expect, but aint nobody got time for that.

That and they have such crazy good rhythm with every single thing.

Shaun T is so freaking fast in lateral movements it's astounding.

Doing Speed 2.0 and Triometrics in the same day was a bad idea.

A friend gave me the complete set of P90X. Finished day 1 earlier and I am whipped. Looking forward to tomorrow. This program is the truth. After I finish the first program should I get P90X2 or 3. What are the difference?

P90X2 and X3 are pretty different.
X2 is 45 minutes to an hour. X3 is 30 minutes.
X2 requires doing a lot of exercises on unbalanced surfaces, so you need equipment. Medicine balls, stability ball, foam roller, and some resistance bands. X3 doesn't require a lot of equipment.
I did two rounds of X2, and it's awesome. But, if you want to save money, X3 is the way to go. It also saves time.

Save time and money and still get an effective work out. X3 sounds right to me. Thank you.

I just thank god I'm doing this in a locked room.
You can scroll back probably 20 pages or so and find the exact same sentiment out of me.

T25 is just as intense. If you ever did the fast and furious DVD in insanity, every workout is a lot like that. No breaks.
I'm not sure which I prefer. Probably T25 just cause of the time. Every time I finished an Insanity workout though I felt like I almost died. Don't always feel that way with T25.
Thanks...if I get it, I would probably just do 2 or 3 videos a week to go along with my 4-5 day routine at the gym. I tend to lose too much weight when doing these things. I'm probably not eating enough.
I'm 5'9" 155 lbs, so obviously I'm not trying to lose weight.
