It's great, isn't it? The workouts take getting used to, but man you get a workout. I sweat so much during T-25.

Today was Core Cardio and Eccentric Upper. Neither went over well. My sciatica bothered me during Core Cardio, and I don't know what happened during Eccentric Upper. I just didn't have the energy. I could only do 4 V pullups without stopping, which is not like me at all. I was just gassed. I think I just waited too late to work out. Still made the best out of both workouts, though. Still finished, and I still feel sore. Good enough, but I gotta bring it next time.

It's a great workout. It certainly has humbled me. Insanity I might try. It intimidates me, though.

Yeah, I get that. Asylum looks legit. P90X3 might be to your liking. It has more variation than T-25. A lot more.

Insanity has fun workouts, at least I liked them. I never made it all the way through though. Thinking about giving it another shot

Ok guys, I've done insanity and now I'm thinking of doing T-25. For those who have done both, what are the main differences and which do you prefer? I'm really liking the idea of shorter videos.

T25 is just as intense. If you ever did the fast and furious DVD in insanity, every workout is a lot like that. No breaks.
I'm not sure which I prefer. Probably T25 just cause of the time. Every time I finished an Insanity workout though I felt like I almost died. Don't always feel that way with T25.

Accelerator today. Probably the hardest workout for me so far. My cardio game is weak.
