The good news is that I actually weighed in at about 15 lbs less than I weighed when I went to the doctor last month. I'm not sure why bc it certainly wasn't diet or exercise. It's still about 20 lbs heavier than I've been in my life prior to putting on this weight.

If you haven't already, get some cross-trainers for T25. I wore my running shoes when I did Alpha and was having issues with both my ankles and achilles. Got some Asics cross-trainers when I started Beta and haven't had any issues since.

I've got a pretty good pair or brooks cross trainers. My feet are just out of shape

I've lost 16 lbs since starting T25. Bad thing is that I've only worked out 3 times in the last couple weeks. I went on a short vacation a couple weekends ago and the first day back, I pulled something in my back. I've tried to give it a go a few times but there was too much pain. I've felt good the last couple days and today. I think I'm gonna give it a go tomorrow. I expect getting back into it will be tough.

I just took the p90x3 plunge. It's on the way. My hardest part will be committing to the diet by cutting out the beer.

I know what it's like. I was 208 pounds, and it was on my waist and face. I'm now a lean 160. Ripped.

Just finished the Eccentric Upper after a week on vacation and a night of heavy drinking (brother got engaged yesterday).
Had to push through a pretty bad headache and skipped the v-pullups, but I finished. Glad to be back at it though and am looking forward to tomorrow and finishing this program out in the next 5 weeks.

How many rounds have you done since 208?

I drink only during the weekends and gave limited it to 3-4 beers at the most.
Just finished X3. Didn't lose much weight but way better definition. Can do more pull ups and i think it has improved my running.
I'm doing Asylum on my non run days so it will take me longer than 30 days to complete, but I'm looking to drop 15 lbs.

Two rounds of P90X2. I started working out last October. Haven't missed a workout. I've kept a clean diet.
Doing X3 and T-25 at the same time right now.
