Today I took my initial measurements. Depression. Depression everywhere.

Depression will turn into ecstasy in a few short weeks.

I know the feeling. I didn't even take before photos because I was so embarrassed and ashamed of myself.
Biggest mistake of my transformation. I wish I could see what I used to look like.

It really does. It becomes your motivation. You say to yourself, "I wonder how much better I can get. "

I took my before photos around 5:30am before my first workout. I can't tell if I was so asleep that my "attempt" to flex was all for nothing...or if it was really as bad as it looks in the picture.

I know for a fact mine would've looked awful. That's what is so awesome about it. My energy level, my stamina, my strength, my flexibility. ...ALL OF IT are through the roof. My wife hates it when I wear a shirt now around the house.

I know the feeling brother.
I didn't take before photos either when I started for the same reason.
But I can still find photos of myself from before then.

Yeah. My wife found one of me. Holy cow. My face was so fat.

I was skinny fat. Pipe cleaner arms with a beer gut.

Insanity Asylum holy shite. Just finished strength. Had to stay in straight arm plank for one set bc I couldn't get on my forearms bc I was slipping on sweat!

This is me. I was starting to get a belly and decided I needed to do something. I actually have a little definition in the upper abs when I flex...just 3 weeks in.

Did my first t25 cardio workout. Man I feel like such a piece of shite
.
As bad as my cardio endurance was, it wasn't anything compared to my lack of coordination and agility. I spent half of each exercise just trying to get the damn pattern down on some of them.
Also, my feet were freaking killing me the whole time. Being sedentary the last year in an office has really put my body to sleep. It's time to wake this bitch up.

Me and my wife are starting today. Im 6'2 190. She is in much better shape than me and runs about 40 miles a week. We did accelerator last week while I was waiting on my fitness bands and it seemed pretty fun. I have a pull up bar but it was fricking up my wall.
