I've never did a P90x workout with shoes. Barefoot is the way to go.

Are you actually starting to lift up on to the balls of your feet rather than land flat footed? Because after the first day, even barefoot, my feet hurt like a bastard. I had to take my Minimus shoes off and it still hurt. Calves, too. Might just be that you're starting to wear your feet down a bit.

Did the challenge this am! First time since doing the first block.

10 pullups(5 w/o assist) up from 3.
25 push-ups for all but the last two sets

Just got done with total body circuit. Holy cow that's an intense yet awesome workout. Loved it. Taking a break, eating, and then Agility X before bed.

I got the NB Minimus because they were categorized as cross training shoes on Zappos, but I don't like them for X3 or Insanity. I want something with a little more padding.

The first two weeks were fine. And I just completed lower focus. No problems. It was just the last two days. Weird.

Did my best on Agility X, but it didn't go well. It just requires too much room and I don't have enough padded puzzle pieces to cover the entire area. I really didn't get the burn as a result. Very disappointing. I need more mats.

Vacation is over...back to the grind. I didn't do my Isometrix on Monday or whatever yesterday is supposed to be, so I went ahead and took care of Isometrix this morning and am planning on doing Tuesday's workout tonight when I get home. Will need to double up again tomorrow to get back to where I'm supposed to be. Then again, after 3 days of sitting on the beach and by the pool doing nothing but drinking and eating I need a little kick in the arse

Hoping I can avoid the let down this weekend with Memorial Day. I have a feeling I will be drinking more than vodka with a twist of lime and will probably consume 1000s of calories in alcohol. I have no self control

Haha, yeah man I was downing nothing but coors light and these bud light mango-rita things that were tasty as hell As someone that drinks pretty rarely it was nice to let loose and just enjoy myself for a few days. I needed a nice break from all the calorie counting and shite like that which I've been doing for a year now. But now it's back to the real world and trying to focus on the goal that's about 60 days away.

By far the worst part of this shite. It's like billable hours for work.
