I'm adding some abs to every day now.
These are just some new, more challenging ones I've read about or scene.
I think I'll design an ab workout to be done with all resistance bands in the near future.

Wow. That was fun. I crushed the circle chin ups and the pull knee pulls. I'm talking perfect form.
My abs were killing me during the workout, and it's because of T-25. Shaun T is a beast. I did not expect that feeling during X3 at all.
This is going to be an awesome journey.
Oh, and I'm out of protein shake. Banana it is. :/

You do chin up but you circle your knees up and around to the right. Lower down, and then repeat on left side.
