Slacked off at the end of last week and this weekend. Fishing and eating like shite every day. Need to eat clean this week.

Come down this weekend. Weather and tides look to be good.

I'm definitely going. Just debating whether I feel like taking the boat out or just going in the yak

Trying a few new ab exercises today. Ab wheel pikes, Dragon twists, resistance band wood chops, Med ball pikes with Russian twists.

They hurt.

Where did you get that from? I wanna try it. Btw, how do you work these new routines in? Just pick a day and do it? Or is there a method to the madness?

I'm adding some abs to every day now.

These are just some new, more challenging ones I've read about or scene.

I think I'll design an ab workout to be done with all resistance bands in the near future.

Doc, I already took my results and recovery formula today after Speed 1.0. Should I just eat a banana after X3? I'm about to start.

Wow. That was fun. I crushed the circle chin ups and the pull knee pulls. I'm talking perfect form.

My abs were killing me during the workout, and it's because of T-25. Shaun T is a beast. I did not expect that feeling during X3 at all.

This is going to be an awesome journey.

Oh, and I'm out of protein shake. Banana it is. :/

You do chin up but you circle your knees up and around to the right. Lower down, and then repeat on left side.
