Accelerator is a kick-arse cardio routine. I was sweating like a ho in church.

You know what's really hard? Doing pull knee pulls eccentrically.

I'm in my 3rd week of T25. For some reason, this week only, the bottom of my feet burn like hell when working out. I'm wearing the same shoes as the first two weeks.

You might be wearing them too tight.

Or you have athletes foot.

Yep I think I posted before that this was one of the 2 hardest workouts of the program. Pretty much feels like non-stop Burpees for 30 minutes.

Guess what? Another X3 showed up on my doorstep today. I think it's the one that got lost. Called them today and returning it to them.

Has anyone tried Max OT weight training to add muscle mass and strength? Might try it after t25 is over. Gonna have to see where I end up after t25. My wife may not want me adding 10 pounds of muscle.

Hmmm. Looks like it requires a gym membership. No thanks. I'll just get BodyBeast after my T-25/X3 combo.

I just started week 3 of my second block. I'm down to 207lbs from 217+ I believe. Anyway I feel pretty damn good. If I wouldn't splurge on beer and home cooking on the weekend, I would probably be down a little more. Trying to find some before pics, but here is a pic as of yesterday. Reading this thread has really motivated me guys. Thanks.

Hey, Doc, what numbers do you think I should go for in the Challenge?

I'm nowhere near where I want to be, but it's a start. After I finish this first round, I'm going to shoot for doubles if time and kids allow me to.

It probably won't be necessary if you follow the nutrition guide. Eat clean, brah!

Idk Sabi. How much can you do in a normal set? Take that number and keep in mind the whole workout is 16 sets of push pull at a grueling pace. Adjust accordingly.

I can do 15 to 20 pullups in a set rather easily.

It pretty much does. But body beast requires a shite load of dumbbells or adjustable weight dumbbells (which are expensive). Plus other equipment. Probably cheaper in the long run to buy all that stuff, but I'll stick to the gym for now. Might try body beast next year after my gym membership expires, but I don't know what to do about the GD pull up bars not fitting my door frames. And I don't want to install a permanent pull up bar and jack up one of my door frames.

What kind of shoes are you wearing?

If you are wearing running shoes...STOP. Wear cross trainers or something else. I wore running shoes the first week or two as well and my feet hurt more. Switched to cross trainers...much better.

I just restarted T25, day 2 today. Hoping it doesn't make my PF flare up a ton like the first time I did it.

Start with 12 then.

20 is not usually a problem for me bit you wear out pretty fast in this workout.
