It's probably set to 2 if I had to guess based on that number. Check that setting and maybe adjust it to 1 and see what happens.
It is.. Changed it to 1 and it now says 1875

I thought you excluded the workout when you determined your activity level?

Only when using the nutrition guide in the program.
Not when using the myfitnesspal app.

I did my first Challenge yesterday. So much pain this morning that I damn near dropped my boys when I picked them up.
But we know what they say, pain is weakness leaving the body.

Do you mean X2 or X3? I'm about to be done with X2 for the second time, and it's ridiculously intense. It's pure athletic training. Stability ball, medicine balls, and every move is a balance move. The results are amazing, though. I went from 208 to 155, and I am one explosive dude now.
Comparison? X2 is an hour. T-25 is 25 minutes. Also, X2 requires you to buy a good amount of equipment, so that turns some people off.
ETA: if you are really out of shape and want to cut serious weight, then I would do T -25. But, personally, I would do X3. Why? Because, as guys, there is nothing better than surprising yourself by seeing how many pullups you can do at the end of the program.

I can't say because I haven't done X3 or T-25, but I wouldn't say it's less intense. Just different. T-25 just uses your body. X3 does that but also has weights and a pullup bar.

I lost a good chunk of weight that past year, almost 100 lb, but I've gained back 20 lately and need something to spark me back up.

That's incredible. Are you really overweight? Either program will work wonders. The beauty of T-25 is that you don't have to buy extra stuff. It has a great core routine too. After I'm done with X2, I'm going to do X3 and T-25 together. I might reach superhero status.

I really like the fact that I don't have to buy other equipment for T25. I can put a tv in my garage and get it done.
