You know me. I don't have one anymore.
But here's how I would make one:
-read up on paleo. Find out what it entails, what you can eat, and how strict you're going to be with it. It basically is gonna be a lot of meat, veggies, and nuts while avoiding all grains and dairy along with some other things.
- Find out what your caloric intake is to gain weight. Your size it should be somewhere around 2800-3000 calories
- Be prepared for an energy crash when your body depletes all its glycogen since the plan is so low carb.
- start eating.

Bout to drop the cash on T25 for my wife and me to work out together so she can tone and I can trim. Is there any special equipment I need? It looks like there's no need for anything, maybe resistance bands. Is that accurate?
Any deals going on I should know about with Dr or some of the others being coaches?
Thanks, all.

Dumbbells are better IMO with T25
Also a good mat. Lots of jumping so if you are doing this on a solid surface you may want a good mat to help absorb impact on your feet.
ETA: yoga mats are too thin, I bought a bunch of the thicker exercise mat squares that fit together like puzzle pieces(paid like $110 on amazon for them). I have ceramic tile floors and the mats helped a lot with my plantar fasciitis issues.

Do you so full measurements each week?(like with a measuring tape). You may be losing inches and not realize it.
I think I may restart it in a few weeks. I bet I could have even better results this time by combining it with 21 day fix eating plan.

started week 2 of X3 today. Can already tell a difference in some of the workouts...meaning my form was better and I could do them more completely throughout the workout than I could last week. I *almost* look forward to waking up at the arse crack of dawn to get a workout in.

I was doing Paleo but now am going mainly gluten free. One serving of dairy a day. And I'm eating a little rice here and there. But I'm a huge meat eater so I really like Paleo!

Doldil - you are two days ahead of me on X3. I got the dvd's on a tuesday and didn't want to wait until the weekend to start.
I know what you mean about the excercises. I find myself rewinding the video a few times to make sure that I am doing them right.

I used 15 and 25 on most of the moves.

Yeah, take your time so you can get the moves down right. I always had to keep pausing and study the moves.

some of those moves are definitely awkward the first couple of times you do it. Some are stupid easy from looking at them, but actually doing them correctly and for the full time was another story altogether... *I'm lookin' at you boat*
