If you're following a certain diet you can change the calories and macros to fit.
I'm not sure if you can on the app but on the website you can.

Doc, I am in week 4 of X3 and last week I got inflammation in my shoulder, this week it was my left pectoral. Any suggestions to prevent this? Can you work through it or is it better to rest? If rest is the answer, how long? I hate having to keep taking days off. I still either run or walk if I can't do the workouts, but I hate running with a passion. TIA

Foam roller and ibuprofen.
I'm not a doctor, though.

I'm not sure how big the P90x3, etc. DVDs are, but normal DVDs are 4.6GB. That's a lot of data to move to an iPhone.
I think when you convert to .mp4 or .mpg, it compresses the file, but yes, it will still be at least a couple gigs.

As Sabi said, foam roller and ibuprofen. Stretch after workouts and ice if you can.

According to Tony I need 2700 calories a day. I've been eating around 2400-2700 the last couple days. Myfitnesspal has been easy to use

What foam roller does everyone use here?
Posted on 5/1/14 at 4:25 pm to Phil A Sheo
I don't use it all the time just if I really need to know how much I'm eating for a specific goal.
And that does sound too low. Make sure you put everything in right like sex, height, weight, and activity level.

About to eat a late dinner and then work out. My wife pissed me off bad tonight.
Posted on 5/1/14 at 10:27 pm to DrTyger
She just didn't help me around the house. Because of her, I am eating late and working out late.

Shared this with Doc earlier, and thought I'd post it here too.
There are benefits to X3 other than the obvious. I am on day 35, but haven't lost any weight yet.
I went to the doctor today for a minor procedure. They checked blood pressure and pulse,as they always do.
My blood pressure on March 4th was 142/86, which is hypertension. Today it was 136/77, which drops me into pre-hypertension. The diastolic is normal.
My pulse rate went from 69 to 57.
My wife also commented on my "love handles" disappearing.

Went and bought 3 new suits today, slim fit. 31" waist pants, so my waist was just over 30".

if you have an office job where you don't do much throughout the day then sedentary is probably correct for you. What is your loss per week set to? It's probably set to 2 if I had to guess based on that number. Check that setting and maybe adjust it to 1 and see what happens.
my calorie total is 2500 to maintain at 214. When I had it set to a 2 pound loss per week it had me set to 1500. Keep in mind though that it expects you to eat back your exercise calories.
