Oh yeah. Either program will do wonders. High intensity interval training maximizes results. Eat clean, and I guarantee you will have to buy new clothes.

I'm having issues putting on lean mass. Is there something I can take? I'm having trouble eating enough.

Which is better out of x3 and T25 and why?

Two very different programs. It's all about what your goal is. Every T25 workout is 25 minutes. Every X3 workout is 30 minutes.

T25 is a lot more cardio, with some weights but you're not going to bulk up on it. Better for losing a large amount of fat and building up cardiovascular endurance.

P90X3 actually has a high percentage of weight lifting in it. More than the other P90X's I think. You can actually gain a good amount of strength with it. And everybody in the test group lost on average 10 % of their body fat. So you can definitely still lose fat with it.

So it depends on what you ultimately want out of your workout.

If you want the best deal, send me or Sabi an email.

There are a number of weight gainer shakes that can help you get your calories up. Or you can just make your own with various ingredients that just add up to a large amount of calories.

Be warned that this process will add body fat though.

You could try going high calorie paleo. That's what I'm gonna do most of the summer.
