You look tighter, which is good.
Diet is crucial. We need a snapshot of what your daily diet is like.
Also, are you missing days?

I've learned that if you want awesome results, you have to start doing the little things.
Just keep pushing, brother. You should post a side view photo.

If I miss a day I make it up. Sometimes 6 days a week is tough with life

Have you looked into Shakeology? I know it's pricey, though.

I know shakeology would help my weight loss but I'm broke.
My inch this week will be red beans without rice. I start away from carbs as much as possible

I'm starting 21 day fix today. Looking forward to it. My biggest issue is my diet and portion control and I really like the structure of this.
If diet is an issue for you, you could always do the diet portion of 21 day fix with whatever workout program you are doing. Someone in my fb group is doing that with Insanity.

I think beans have lots of carbs too, but just check.
Here's what I suggest.
Instead of pasta, use zucchini. Instead of beef, ground turkey or chicken breast. But, lean beef is great too.
Fish is a great protein. Instead of rice, try brown rice, quinoa (my favorite), or barley.
Don't drink juice. Don't drink sports drinks.
Don't eat too much fruit in a day.
And, try almond milk (unsweetened). No sugar in it.

In all honesty I really do almost all of these.
Spaghetti with squash instead of noodles
Salads with olive oil and vinegar for most snacks
Snacks consist of handful of almonds(stopped eating those though) , carrots, fruit, and usually another veggie

kinda excited about 'dessert' tonight. sweet potato, pear, peach, apple and lemon. its called ' peach/pear sweet potato pie delight.'

That's awesome. Are you feeling any different? I know you're doing this for health reasons.

not really as of yet. started last night.
really sucked this am laying in bed knowing i wasn't going to be doing chest and back
will be back on that horse next week doe
probably not a bad idea to take a little week of rest between cycles i guess. i was starting to feel a little spent towards the end of this last one.

Yeah, happened to me. I did 5 weeks of Phase II and I was gassed by the end of it. Sometimes you just gotta take that break.
I hope you're feeling better, S.

I've been on Paleo for a few months (90%). Went out of town for work and had free meals. Everything had carbs. Kinda sucked. Now I need to get all this gluten out my system!
Juicing isn't that bad. I do one a day. Not a whole days worth.

Took a step back this weekend w ballpark food and beer. I guess that will happen. Need to get my head on straight. Can't get results when your diet simply balances out your exercise. Gotta use this as motivation to take big leaps forward this weekend.
