My husband's bday is Thursday and Easter is sunday. So I know I will cheat on those two days for sure
But....I will try to do so in moderation and will do the program 2 days longer to make up for it.

Has anyone finished the 90 days of P90X3?
I'm curious to hear their results, success stories, etc. Also curious to hear how their results compare to doing the original P90X since those workouts were twice as long.

Anybody use bands for the workouts? If so, what weight/resistance level bands do you have? Specifically for leg/back workouts in place of pull ups?

I waited to start yesterday since my wife wanted to give it a shot. Day1 in the books, only 89 left to go.

Loved it. Gained about 8-10 lbs of muscle.
I'm gonna start T-25 today to get ready for beach season

I am on day 75 so I am pretty much done. I have not seen the weight loss like I did in the first P90x but my diet is probably not the best. I try to eat as healthy as possible during the week because when the weekend comes I know I'll have a beer or two.
With that said I have gained a lot of muscle. The best thing about this P90 X series is that this one seems just as hard as the day I started. I sweat like crazy with all the workouts. There is not one workout in P90X3 that I do not like unlike the first Kempo which was SO boring. I might put up my 90 day photos on here

Which P90x3 program did you do? Classic, lean, doubles, mass?

I have a question for the Dr. I'm in the 4th week of P90x3. I have a hernia unrelated to the workouts. I developed it sometime this past Fall. I want to complete the P90x3 Classic program in full before getting the hernia fixed. Mainly to lose weight, eat better, gain flexibility and balance, and tone (or bulk) up some. Is this the best course of action or get the hernia taken care of now?

Interesting. I want to see your before/after photos. Some people don't lose a lot of weight, and I always find that fascinating.
