nah i have an autoimmune disorder, this is supposed to help. im 6'1 160, def not trying to lose weight.

One of my wife's coworkers said I look "fragile". I could only roll my eyes to myself. My waist is small, but man I'm lean and muscular as all get out.

Just started Week 1, Phase 3 of my 2nd Round of X2. Today, P.A.P. Lower. Holy cow. My shirt was drenched halfway through the workout.

Drinking my Results and Recovery Formula felt so good afterwards. Then, after about 30 minutes, my Shakeology with protein powder.

Today was a great day.

did x stretch this morning. felt like a psycho so i did ab ripper as well. this week is going to suck. i feel nekkid when im out of my routine but its gonna be okay

I just woke up but am going shopping today and will prep today as well. I start tomorrow.


Letting myself get all my cheats out of the way this weekend so I can start tomorrow and fully commit.

She's liking it a lot I think. I'm definitely noticing she's more confident in herself. She's already said she's gonna keep doing these workouts after the 21 days are up.

Were both cheating this weekend. Had a wine and cake binge last night.
