yea knocked out total body circuit this morning. Had me sweating like a whore in church.
i have been doing good since i got back in town sunday. Hoping i can make this 5 am thing a habit, especially with me graduating in May. its nice to knock out cardio first thing in the mrning and then hit the weights at night.
I have Total Body Circuit tonight. Thinking about starting my mornings with the workout as opposed to after work.
Any merits to doing my workouts early in the morning instead of later in the day?

Worked 23 hours and came home to Accelerator. Did it. Had to switch shoes to my Brooks. Left ankle was killing me after jacks and running in place. Switched to Brooks and zero trouble. Hot bath, some sleep, and The Warrior this afternoon.

I did skip my CVX workout because I was too hungover yesterday.
Agility X knocked out this morning. Still thinking of a double for the afternoon...Pilates or Accelerator?

It's fun in a glutton-for-punishment way. It's like plyo from the original P90X, except you have to hold a 6-8 pound weight the whole time. I love that workout, but only after it's over.

i had to retire from plyo-x due to my knees/legs and past injuries to them but i do recall feeling like a boss-arse motherfricker every time i completed the workout

a minute.
My problem is concentration, not lack of strength. I need to get more focused.
Can you do kick outs?

yea but its pretty weak. one thing i cant do is the fricking wheel position when they do the leg raise out of wheel. my body crumbles to the ground every time

That's awesome. I don't have trouble with that move, really. I get tripped up on seemingly simple stuff.
