I get that this is a troll, but I'd love to see someone, after a month or so on the shots, do this and film it. You don't understand how awful you'll feel. I've seen it in person.

That's about 33 lbs for a 250 lb person. Significant but I wouldn't call it a miracle cure.

What? 33 lbs in 12 weeks is almost 3 pounds a week, which some doctors would even categorize as unsafe. I’m not morbidly obese, but I want to lose about 25 lbs. I’m in recovery (drinking) and have not been able to fight sugar cravings at night since I got sober, so I started Ozempic. It’s been 11 days and I’ve lost 4 pounds. I haven’t done anything crazy different with my diet. I just simply can’t eat like I used to. Even my late night snacks, if I do eat them, I can only handle about 1/4th.

I hear you
But I can’t eat more than 6 oz anyway.

Do not listen to the mouth breathers in here. It is an absolute miracle drug if used correctly. I can fill you in with more info next time I see you around. I’m prob 30# more down since last time you saw me.

I wasn't trying to scare anyone away from it, it's been a life saver for my friends. It was just a hilarious story

Props to you
I’ve probably dropped 8-10 lb doing fasting 20:4, doing 1 hr of cardio twice per week (heart rate mid-130s), and keto diet.
I gave up sugar, bread, rice, pasta, and potatoes.
Gave up alcohol too, but that only lasted 10 days…..another reason I’m interested.

So let me get this right, this "miracle" drug works when people stop eating shitty food, overeating, and drinking alcohol?

Who knew!

It’ll curve that taste for booze big time. I still sip a lil bourbon occasionally to unwind but it’s 1 pour and I’m done.

i understand there can be sides including blockage in the gastro system

my point was though its a rare side effect and if people eat correctly or take a fiber supplement, its even more rare

almost every medicine has side effects to some extent

for the most part...the sides from this class of medicine is very low and the benefits, even for those that are healthy, far outweigh possible sides

its not that we didnt know...its the medicine forces you to do this

99% of the OT knows these things...yet the choose to be fat fricks that should think long and hard about using the medicine.

I keep seeing people getting this, are docs prescribing it, or are people going the shady route?

some of both

its expensive AF but as evidence by the market value of Novo most are getting it through docs

but there are peptide companies making it and having it lab tested and selling for a fraction of the cost and some are going that route just like with all peptides
