I thought it had to do with the hormones the drug messed with. I could have been told wrong.

If you need Ozempic for diabetes you might not lose weight at all. If you are not storing glucose in your cells and just pissing it out and suddenly storing it in your cells you might eat less but your body can process and store glucose now so there is not real weight loss.

Well, right off the bat, I'm no expert, but I imagine with a drug like this there's hormonal factors at play. Some of those might even make it easier to store fat, and more difficult to shed it. But at the end of the day, you're going to need more calories coming in than going out to gain it back. If that's the case, IMO only, they haven't made sufficient changes to their lifestyle required to maintain a healthy weight.

I think most people gain the weight back even with lifestyle changes when they stop Ozempic, no?
stop shoving unneeded food into your mouth=stop gaining back the weight

Especially fat women. I learned this the hard way on Tinder.
What possesses someone to post finagled photos on a dating site? The whole idea is to MEET someone, so what in the heck did you do when you showed up at a date and you realized you were played?

This story doesn't make much sense. The first couple months are tiny doses to get your body acclimated to the drug not to take weight off. I've taken Zepbound for 10 months. First month is 2.5mg for four weeks, then 5mg for four weeks, then 7.5, etc until you reach the highest dosage of 15mg. I actually started taking it a year ago but had to stop for almost two months due to the shortage last spring. Then I made the mistake of starting back where I left off with the next higher dosage and got sick for a few days. Dropped 75lbs at 50. Last time I had this waist size was 10th grade.

I have a lot of patients it doesn't work on, so they switch to Tirzepatide and boom, success. Everyone is different, shite happens
I'd never put a patient on this shite. Change your diet and exercise. Pharma pays to get you fat and then puts you on meds. You are a disgrace to your patients, if you actually have any.
