If my experience in bars and restaurants tells me anything, yes. The best tippers were always late 20s through middle aged white guys, especially when they were in groups.

Damn, I can't believe this is making national news.
I've been walking my white-privileged arse to Rise N Dine since it opened.
A couple of my cracker buddies and I used to meet several times a week to do the "Men of a Certain Age" breakfast and work at the counter. We are friends with the other owner, Stephanie.
Although we tipped awesomely, were friends with all the staff, had been supporting the place since the day it opened, in a center that is very tough to survive in (due to a landlord who sucks arse) and gave them regular weekday business without taking up a table, George got involved in hands-on management, and pushed us out.
First, he cut off the wifi, but we used the Starbuck's wifi, from next door (cell phones don't work in there for some reason--George probably installed a forcefield). Then he started hovering over us and making it clear he didn't want us at the counter for fear we might take up space for some other white-priver. We never lingered without continuing to buy shite. And would leave if the place got packed.
Anyway, all this to say, I feel bad for Stephanie, but this seems completely typical of George. This isn't starting out as the Summer of George. (In George's defense, the Emory kids there are pretty freaking rude and clueless, but I doubt a single one supports Trump.) What a douche. We have since moved our business to the American Roadhouse in VaHi.
It isn't as good, but they welcome honkies at the lunch counter....

Here is the thing these dimwits dont understand, the vast majority of the country, the bar, is first come first serve. If you are going to have host seating for the bar you better have a big fricking sign.
Bar seating is usually for singles(mostly men) and a lot of times two guys will use it. The predominant make up of the residents of the area are white. So who do you think is going to sit at the bar?
