Outraged that BR City Hall would have metal detectors

The problem here is, so many issues come before the council and hundreds of people pack the chambers, you see no extra police presence. To arrive and be treated like this because we are pushing for police reform is wrong. It has NOT HAPPENED AT ANY OTHER COUNCIL MEETING I HAVE ATTENDED. This is how you scare a people out of fighting for justice....

it's a Government building. Every Government building i've been in, including the Livingston Parish courthouse has metal detectors.

I saw that shite this morning.
This guy is completely clueless as to basic LA state gun laws.
The scary thing is that he's saying that having to walk through a metal detector is overt intimidation and people are agreeing with him.

I actually think he was more concerned about his Twinkies, Reese's and Snickers bars stuffed into his pockets setting off the detector.

He was really just concerned because he was trying to figure out how to grease his fatass through the metal detectors. It's a one size fits all.....except for Gary
