Yeah the rustbelt is just crushing it. Just think, without them the south would have to produce all of its own drug addicts.

A few years back, there was a New York Times article about Oxford, MS. It was complimentary, in a backhanded, "wow, I'm surprised it's so nice and no one is doing any lynchings" kind of way. Each acknowledgement of the beauty of the town and its people was coupled with a reminder of the long-ago past. Some people - Yankees whose opinions we need not consider - will never let some things go. They've made up their minds about us, and that's that. Good thing we don't need 'em anymore.

Feels he left some meat on the bone by never maximizing his own potential. Doubles down on parochial “characteristics” forged by his ancestry to cobble together some semblance of identity.

As for yours truly, it's not that I can't "handle" an "objective" evaluation by a "national" scout, it's that I don't GAF about the opinions of national scouts.
