Leo is a great host in that the customers loved him. It was the way he treated his employees especially the women that worked there that got him fired. He was an insufferable prick. He was warned numerous times and once suspended. He never learned so they canned his arse. Wayne will not tolerate his bullshite. Leo will be gone sooner than later
Wrong on nearly ALL counts. Him getting fired had absolutely ZERO to do with the way he treated employees. He was also NEVER suspended.
Nice try though.

Back in the day you had Clicks, Sullivan’s, Poets, Hooters, and Nightlife. That area was a mini entertainment complex in early 2000’s.
No mention of Glenn’s? And you pretend to be the expert on the areas social scene?

He did a great job at Rene’s Bistro in New Orleans prior to his stint at Sullivan’s.

Was it the Bombay Bicycle Club?
I can’t clearly recall.

It'd be a good location for a Dave And Buster's

Was Paul referring to a different establishment?

Well, except that it was one of the most profitable Sullivan's (if not *the* most profitable one) for most of the many years he ran it.

Glenn’s Bombay Club. Not whatever youre refering to. I thought TJ Ribs was the former site of Cafe Louisianne.

Leo is from Venezuela .
He also has that skin disease where patches of skin turn white - Vitiligo.
He knows what he’s doing. He has been in the business for more than 25 years. Started at Emeril’s

It was. Under Leo, Sullivans BR won the highest honor in the company the first year they allowed Sullivan's to be part of the competition. Followed that up with be the first of any to win back-to-back then followed that up with being the only 3 time winner.
Other restaurants, like the Dels Double Eagles, made more in gross rev but per guest avg, guest satisfaction, refires, etc the Sullys BR was the best.

Not saying it had anything to do with him leaving - but leopards don’t change their spots and neither did Leo.

And what makes you think that? Were you there everyday?

Cafe Louisianne.
Place was great til they moved across the street. Bit into a soft shell crab poboy and it was icy cold in the middle.
Was hungover and nearly puked. Never went back.

That’s cause Manuel and Camille sold it. They always had great food when they owned it. Same thing happened with Camille’s Cajun Cafe. When they owned it, it was legit. Not the same after they sold it.

I knew 3 of the waitresses that worked there during that timeframe and all 3 said he was always hitting on them.
