Other than looks & money, how can I improve my prospects with women?

I'm 27 and its getting tougher as I get older. I make about $70,000 grand a year and consider myself average looking.
Just curious, have any of y'all done some little things that have improved your chances with girls?

Have friends who are women. It's completely possible to have good looking women be friends. I have some CRAZY hot friends in Dallas who are also CRAZY so I would never seriously date any of them. But they also know a lot of attractive women who aren't as crazy who you can meet through them.
As another poster said, you have to be out there to find them. I think for average looking guys the dating apps aren't going to bag you a good looking woman

You can be the best looking guy and make decent money but have the personality of a dial tone. Any woman who focuses on a man’s money isn’t worth it. It’s very important for a man to be able to support himself and pay for his own dinner, but the obsession with money and material things is ridiculous. Same goes for looks.
