Other than looks & money, how can I improve my prospects with women?

I'm 27 and its getting tougher as I get older. I make about $70,000 grand a year and consider myself average looking.

Just curious, have any of y'all done some little things that have improved your chances with girls?

How much do waitresses at Walk-Ons make on average hourly with tips?

Saw on Facebook that Walk-On's waitresses in Lake Charles make a higher hourly pay than Teachers in Lake Charles. (The poster is a teacher and her daughter is a Walk-ons waitress)

I'm just curious what's the standard pay in the breastaurant industry.

I know waiters at Ruth Chris or Commander's palace make good money, but I can't see Walk-Ons.
