I take 5mg of melatonin most every night. But use Unisom (Doxylamine) when I need to go down and stay down for 8hrs. Have a buddy that swears by the THC gummies.

Same here.

150 MG an hour before bed. I sleep consistently 7 1/2 hours.

Magnesium glycinate with l-theanine.

Melatonin hangs around too long for me. I feel slow in the mornings. You can also build up a tolerance for it AFAIK.

RFK, Jr. will not like this, but Tylenol PM knocks me out. Take it maybe once a month so not addictive.

Magnesium Glycinate. It was recommended to me here about 6 months ago. It’s awesome. Doesn’t make you sleepy, but it helps you relax. $15/bottle at Sam’s that lasts 90 days.

I've tried every OTC product there is and all that have been mentioned in this tread. The only thing that works for me is Delta 9 and Benadryl (don't take Benadryl very often as it has links to Alzhiemers).

Works for me but not everyone's stomach can tolerate a hit of magnesium.

Unison is my answer

The ingredient in that Doxylamine is one of the few things pregnant women can take

Non pharma agent is better sleep hygiene overall

Benadryl

Having 8 grandkids and often having us all over at her house at times my Maw-Maw invented the Velvet Hammer. It was Benadryl and yoo-hoo in a shot glass. Our little asses dropped where we stood 15 mins later and slept a solid 9 hours.

Have you tried eating earlier, avoiding caffeine and sugar, and doing some form of exercise in the late afternoon/early evening?

Hell no. Give me a pill to make it easier!
